END YOUR STRUGGLE WITH WEIGHT Experiencing problems losing weight? Fed up with constantly dieting? I work with individuals who usually answer ‘yes’ to any of the above questions helping them to become slimmer and fitter – ending their negative eating patterns WITHOUT DIETING. I offer a programme of four sessions based on exploring your own particular relationship with food, releasing negative programming and becoming slimmer and fitter PERMANENTLY, EASILY AND EFFORTLESSLY Why is this Programme so effective? I believe that unless you explore and discover the particular triggers and sub-conscious patterns that make you want to eat in between meals, eat food which isn’t good for you or taking you away from your goal, you will never be able to manage your weight effectively and remain stuck in these yoyo dieting patterns. Most of us have learnt a lot emotionally about food. We celebrate with food (think of any celebration and there is always food involved). We use food to change our mood and help us feel better, we relate our feelings to food, we have even learnt to shut our feelings down and comfort them with food so it’s not surprising you are having problems losing weight. You have probably also developed habits from childhood and received messages from well meaning parents, now stored in your sub-conscious mind, and still running, that you might not even be consciously aware of. For example, ”Finish it all up”, “Always leave a clean plate”, “Don’t waste food”, “Eat everything (even when you were full)". There are many reasons for us putting on weight and sometimes they can be emotional. Your unconscious mind knows everything about you including your history and is always trying to protect you but not always in the best ways. This means our metabolism can alter, speed up or slow down, and we can put on a ‘padding’ on the outside if we feel small and vulnerable on the inside. So we can have many unconscious reasons for putting on weight outside our awareness. I can help you discover what they might be and deal with these issues so that you can be the size you always wanted to be. Although I follow a basic structure the programme is adapted to your own individual needs and patterns and you will be treated sensitively and non-judgementally.
